The Walking Dead Season 4 Gets A Premiere Date; Plus New Photo

CBT

The Walking Dead is one of the hottest shows on cable. The show ended on a bit of a optimistic note last season with Rick and his group of survivors taking in the people of Woodbury. However, the one downer is that The Governor is still on the loose, and is sure to be reeking havoc on Rick and company well into season four. (The Walking Dead, TV)

Me too. I really want to see what happens between Rick and Carl and how they handle their differences now that everyone has moved in at the prison.

it starting to suck, they are putting the zombies on the back ground and focosuing on humans vs humans, fisrt 2 seasons where the best, specially how stupid ppl are dying, andre talking all calm with milton then all of a suden he dies and she trys to hurry, zzzzz its going downhill their forgetign the true show

Learn to spell. The show is about human survival, centered around Rick. The first two seasons focused on zombies as danger but now as they progress they have to expand and focus on man vs man to show when the world goes to shit what humans will do to survive. With Rick they were focusing man vs self. Zombies are still there though and I think this season they will focus on both humans and zombies but also add another conflict in form of nature.

I think the problem is they made the walkers too easy to kill/avoid so the fear factor was gone, the only way they can get that back now is to have the walkers become faster/more powerful somehow. I like the human vs human aspect but I just don't think they should have done it to the detriment of the walkers.

herds are still very much a threat. A huge threat. The comic book pretty much progressed in the same manner with the whole human vs. human interaction

Now you're starting to sound like someone who doesn't fully appreciate zombies for what they are. They can't be stronger and faster... THEY'RE FREAKING DEAD! Zombies move slowly from rigormortis and decay. That's why no true zombie movie, in a zombie fans eyes, features running zombies. The fear from them is their sheer strength in numbers and their relentless pursuit of flesh to devour. They don't stop...

They just don't explain why in the movies, if they actually showed the slow zombies as the ones who rise from the grave and the faster ones being humans who were recently infected, which would obviously lack the rigor mortis & decay to slow them down, I think there would be a lot less questions about why some zombie movies have running zombies.
