CBM: Screenwriter David Lindelof has issued an apology via his twitter page concerning the scantily clad appearance of Alice Eve's character in J.J. Abrams' Star Trek sequel. Hit the jump to find out why.
It was unnecessary yes, but I'm sure many men were fine with it. haha
I agree that it was unnecessary, but not nearly as the nude scene at the beginning of "Flight" was. Also, that underwear scene is nothing compared to how badly she actually acted in the film...BUT, I do have to say one thing, arent most nude scenes/underwear scenes unnecessary that are just added for flare?
He should be apologizing for bigger problems with the writing than this.
The director should take the blame for that. He had the last say when they were filming the scene.
