iron man 3 was ok but yes the first iron man movie was still way better in my opinion

Things just dont fit and the humor is really lame. We see Ironman only 10% of the movie the rest is useless boring dialogues, add to that some really bad details like clothes that dont burn, the ironman pieces that normally destroy thick walls cannot get out of a wooden garage door...

Garbage and it's last time i'll spend a cent on this franchise. And actually in the Avengers i think Ironman was the most boring of them all!!!

you just raised another problem i had with this movie
like you said "His suit was simply broken for a short while." yet at the end of the movie, he brings out 20 suits to fight the bad guys. WTF?!!
its like owning 20 cars, when one breaks you like "damn, let me keep driving this busted one or il take the bus or walk" instead of using a working one and fixing the busted one in his spare time.
really dumb.

the humor was plain lame. if you found this funny you must
a) be 10 years old or
b) find recent adam sandler movies hilarious.

and with all the references to avengers, "new york" "new york" <panic attacks> "new york" you would think when he got his ass handed to him at least one avenger would come help him. but no. that whole avengers reference was nothing more than a filler.

the mandarin, where to even start. in the start his all bad ass, but in the middle i was like "huh uh, this is bullshit." its like TDK having joker and when batman finally finds him his like "oh no, im not the real joker. im an actor" and then eric roberts character is like "oh yeah, im the joker." it would totally F&*K the movie up. this is what happened here. hell, TDKR had bane as a villain but they did it so well that he wasnt the villain they were looking for. that plot twist i can deal with. this, bullshit.

then theres the ending, iron man himself doesn't defeat the main villain. pepper potts does. now how useless is iron man if his girlfriend has to fight his battles. i thought iron man was the main character. the hero.

but hey, if you enjoyed it good for you. i just feel like i wasted my money. i wont be watching anymore of iron man, at least not in the cinema.

if im paying good money to watch a 3D movie, i don't go watching ones i know im not going to/don't want to enjoy watching. i don't have mental issues lol
and if its a movie i think is going to suck but i still wanna watch it.....thats what piracy is for :p

im just saying compared to all the movie reviews, i just didn't see why they were so high. it wasn't great at all. reminds of the whole grand theft auto 4 scenario to be honest. game comes out, hyped to hell and gone. perfect scores all round. 5 months later when the hype dies down, the honest reviews came out. yeah.....they weren't that great.

and i suppose we could go back and forth arguing of things he should have done and why. same for batman. not that i prefer one over the other. i just used one to give examples. i do agree with you on the batman points though. im not saying TDKR was the best super-hero movie ever made.

well, we can only hope man of steel is great.
