Jurassic Park 4 Will Return To Original Island Isla Nublar

Jurassic Park 4 director Colin Trevorrow has tweeted out the above photo, confirming that the fourth installment of the dinosaur film series will return to Isla Nublar. Fans of the series will recognize the name as the island of the original Jurassic Park theme park featured in the original film. The Lost World and Jurassic Park 3 both took place on a different island, Isla Sorna, alias Site B. The photo is from a location scout for the upcoming film.

Yes! I've been wanting to know what's happened on that island forever. I'm tired of Site B and never thought it was all that interesting to begin with.

Yeah, it wasn't as good as the first island. God, I loved those movies! Screw the people that hated the second and third! Sure they were corny, but in a good way.

I feel the same way. They lacked the real depth of the first movie, but I still thought 2 and 3 were really fun and I still enjoy sitting down to watch them.

It'll be very cool to revisit the island that introduced the franchise. There can be a lot of discovery and eerie sets made up.

fantastic move, i hope they showcase isla nublar fully functional and see how the park goes if it was maintained well, and after a certain time the island's security will collapse.
