Deadline:
ABC is pushing next Monday’s (April 22) episode of Castle by a week to April 29 out of respect for the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings. In the episode, titled “Still”, Detective Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) accidentally steps on a pressure-sensitive bomb, launching a desperate search for a way to disarm it. The episode originally scheduled for April 29, “The Squab And The Quail”, will now air this coming Monday. Also out of sensitivity to the Boston tragedy, Fox this week pulled a recent episode of Family Guy, which featured killings at the Boston Marathon, from online circulation.
Fight For Paradise Review: This reality show is nothing new but there are so many uncomfortable moments that will definitely give you the ick.
Brigands: The Quest For Gold Review: The Italian drama follows a group of brigands, embarking on a journey to reclaim power and some hidden gold.
Dinner with the Parents Review: It's a family comedy series following the Langers, who often turn their family dinners into a disruptively chaotic affair.
As much as I like this show I think this is a good idea. It's always better to be as respectful as possible at times like this.
sucks, but kind of weirdly ironic given the circumstances of what the episodes contain story wise
So we can kill middle eastern people, we can offend all kinds of cultures, races and religions in many shows, yet as soon as something is offensive to America due to a couple people dying, you must put it on hold as a sign of "respect"?
Hypocrisy at its finest.
It's a nice thing to do, but not necessary to me.
it can go either way, but if i would weigh it in, i think its better to just postpone an episode in the light of such a tragic event to not heighten the pain some are going through regardless how the film or show is good, it could wait just for a while.
