Starz is saying goodbye to its fan favorite Spartacus franchise, which has spawned numerous video games across platforms and created online virtual worlds for fans to explore. Now the cable TV network has partnered with Hollywood giant David S. Goyer, who penned movies like Man of Steel and The Dark Knight Trilogy and video games like Activision and Treyarch’s Call of Duty: Black Ops franchise.
Starz has worked closely with Goyer, the creator of the new Davinci’s Demons original series, which premieres after the finale of Spartacus: War of the Damned. While there won’t be a video game available for the first eight-episode series of the show, Starz has invested in a brand new second screen experience called Citizens of Florence for Apple iPad tablets that will allow fans to explore the real history of Florence and Italian Renaissance man Leonardo da Vinci.
Deliver Me Review: The Swedish series follows two troubled teen and their troublesome lives when one of them is shot dead.
Fight For Paradise Review: This reality show is nothing new but there are so many uncomfortable moments that will definitely give you the ick.
Brigands: The Quest For Gold Review: The Italian drama follows a group of brigands, embarking on a journey to reclaim power and some hidden gold.
There's a lot of potential for this series, but I'm sad to see Spartacus go.
The trailers have been amazing. I'm glad STARZ is introducing this show at the heels of Spartacus rather than some action clone.
da vinci's demons looks very intriguing, i dont know much about him just his works and the infamous da vinci code. i hope they do not really exaggerate everything about da vinci. ill probably see the pilot and see if its worth my time.
