Universal Studios has announced a DVD and Blu-ray release date for Marlon Wayans’ A Haunted House. The horror spoof is scheduled to be released on Blu-ray and DVD on April 23, 2013. A Haunted House will release in a Blu-ray Combo Pack and a standalone DVD, hitting OnDemand on the same date. If you can’t wait, Universal Studios will be releasing the movie on Digital Download on April 9, 2013.
