From Deadline:
Albert Brooks has closed a fat deal to reprise the voice Marlin in Finding Nemo 2 for Disney’s Pixar. The sequel has been long in the works; Deadline told you last July that the studio got the original’s helmer Andrew Stanton back in the fold (I’d heard that the studio will also give him another live action shot after his disastrous live action debut on John Carter) and Ellen Degeneres came back shortly after. It took much longer to hook Brooks, who continued his renaissance as an actor in the Judd Apatow-directed This Is 40, following his turn as a bad-ass Bernie Rose in Drive.
In a world where monsters attack at night, we see yet another world, post-apocalypse, where a handful of people struggle to survive.
Crime Scene Berlin-Nightlife Killer Review: This documentary series really drops the ball with its storytelling.
In a movie that largely sidesteps what the war is about, “Civil War” puts us in the point of view of journalists who make it clear there are no heroes in war, just dead bodies.
Albert Brooks is awesome with the right material. Best work he's done is Lost In America and Mother. I wish he'd do something along those lines again.
For a second I thought his full name was Albert Brooks Hooks.
Is a sequel really necessary? I feel like this is going to have a Hangover 2 feel...
