Compiling a list of my favorite movies of the year took some time but it was cathartic for me. It was a good way to reflect on my year in movies. I saw some of these movies during their film festival run so you can look forward to them when they will be released in 2013. I count them as 2012 releases because I was lucky enough to watch them on the big screen.

Stolen Review: Elle Márjá Eira makes an attempt at creating a story revolving Sámi people of Sweden.
Despite the lack of updates from Marvel Studios and Disney, Shang-Chi star Simu Liu says the sequel to the successful 2021 movie is still happening.
pretty accurate but they should have included the dark knight rises in at least the lower half. oh and skyfall wasnt there as well it could easily replace prometheus or better yet be in the top 10. although there are a lot of foreign movies here that looks interesting.
