Seth MacFarlane A Guest Of ‘The Simpsons’

Seth MacFarlane can add another credit to his resume. He’s set to guest star in the season premiere of The Simpsons that will air on Fox in fall 2013. MacFarlane will voice the character of a married man who pursues Marge Simpson after the two meet online. MacFarlane’s animated Fox series Family Guy featured Dan Castellaneta, the voice of Homer Simpson, in a recent episode. MacFarlane will host the Oscars on February 24th. Personally, I probably still won't watch The Simpsons. I used to love them, but have just lost interest in it all together. I can't sit through an episode if I tried anymore, don't know what it is. Not saying the show sucks, I just think shows like Family Guy really brought things to a new level and the Simpsons feels like its going back to the "old"

They are a bit hit and miss these days but I still watch it. I feel like I would be betraying the single greatest thing of my childhood if I stopped watching them.

HAHAH. that's kinda funny but it's also kinda a bummer when you think back to when the Simpsons was THE show to watch on Sundays and yes as someone else posted, a part of my childhood.

Surprisingly, it was apparently the highest rated show last week.
