Two Promos for the Mid-Season Finale of The Walking Dead
CS
AMC has released two promo clips for The Walking Dead season 3, episode 8, which is titled "Made to Suffer." That sounds upbeat, doesn't it?
(The Walking Dead, TV)
I swear...the writers and directors are seriously screwing with us right now. I was sure that the Governor was going to do some dastardly deeds in last night's episode. He looked like he was going to then.....he didn't.
i thought so too that for sure maggie would suffer like michonne in the comics but it turn's out it didn't. i guess the governor in the tv series is only as half as bad as the one in the comics thus far.. though for sure he will reach that point sooner maybe after mid season finale.
I think they did that scene to imply that he actually did rape Maggie.
Being on AMC they can't get away with a lot, and they're already pushing the borders of what they can and can't do by having so much violence.
Killing a zombie is fictional violence and can be argued against (just look at games), but rape is rated R no matter how you try to spin it.
AMC has done a good job keeping everything surreal, but this show would be better if it was on HBO, Showtime, or whatever other movie channel, so they didn't have to constantly check on what they can and can't do.
I think Maggie did get raped but due to the time and channel it airs on, they couldn't display such a graphic moment, even if they did not show any breasts
yup it is stressful to wait specially it's mid season finale next episode. i'm guessing that there will be a huge cliffhanger at the end but i hope there wont be.
It's their own way of saying "HA! Didn't see that comin, didya!?"

I thought it was going to be the end for Glenn...my heart was pounding!!
