Geek Binge: This isn’t really a spoiler—there aren’t actually seven psychopaths in Seven Psychopaths. But that’s okay, because Martin McDonagh’s film more than makes up for this little deception though. Seven Psychopaths is McDonagh’s follow-up to the 2008 film In Bruges, and anyone who has been to one of McDonagh’s plays or seen In Bruges knows McDonagh is not afraid of a little black comedy. That being said, Seven Psychopaths may be the darkest comedy one will ever lay their eyes on, and it’s all the more brilliant because of that.
