Wonderful-looking, appropriately scary, and a great deal of fun; walks the fine line between more mature thrills and family entertainment that pushes the limits of where a PG-rated movie can and should be allowed to go.

I want to see this movie, but will wait till October (when it should have come out) to watch it. Don't understand why Hollywood studios do this. The movie is PERFECT for October, and instead they release it now....why?
