I don't agree that it's a reboot. This is just a continuation of a story regarding this government's secret programs that they had been working on that involved men like him and Bourne.
I enjoyed the movie and think it deserves a better rating than this but I felt it wasn't as good as the Bourne movies with Matt Damon....this could be due to the fact that they used a lot of time setting the story up.
