executive producers announced that Kelly Hu (X2: X-Men United, The Vampire Diaries) will guest star in the upcoming CW drama series as villain China White. Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg and David Nutter broke the news to Comic-Con fans during the Arrow panel session today in Ballroom 20. The character of China White — a South Pacific drug cartel leader who Oliver Queen encounters during his five years marooned on a remote island — first appeared in the Green Arrow: Year One origin series graphic novels by Andy Diggle and Jock, published by DC Comics. Arrow debuts October 10.
