Yay? Sorry, I just can't drum up any excitement for this film. I wasn't impressed with Tron: Legacy at all, and was one of the most disappointing films I've seen. It was truly heartbreaking because I was so excited for it before, and believed it was going to be mind-blowing.

The task of creating a movie that was both epic, well written and something that fans of the original Tron as well as captivate new audiences would like let alone love was a job that even the most seasoned of writers and directors would shiver at.
Tron 2 wasn't perfect, but it was a great film and now that the ground work has been laid down, the road ahead is open wide for the kind of stories a modern audience can fully embrace.
Disney did the diligence and delivered something to satiate the rabid fans, hungry for more Tron.

I liked Tron: Legacy, but I was disappointed with the amount of screen time the games received. Not to mention the lack of Tron himself, but I understand they had some ground work to do for they could revitalize the series.

I will say out of all the 3D movies coming out these days, Tron: Legacy was best suited for utilizing the effects.
