Although this piece was originally displayed at a Cannes film festival in 2012, the internet viewers drew somewhat negative attention to the film. The piece was pointed out to be noticeably similar to Justin M. Damiano, a comic by Daniel Clowes, down to direct dialog.

Yeah there's countless reports of him acting like a douche when he comes here to England, he's been beaten up so many times in clubs for being a monumental ass, by saying stuff like ''I can get you killed'' ''Your girl should be with me because I'm richer than you'' etc the list goes on
