I doubt it'll be a new origin story, but you never know: The Amazing Spider-Man did get a little repetitive not too long after the original trilogy.

It just makes the most sense I think for a new series to start. Is it to soon? Probably. That could easily be argued and I wouldn't dispute it...is it necessary? I would have to say yes and going Year One seems to be the right way to go in my opinion.
I would like a new batman movie with night wing and batgirl ,
and i hope we can see 2 villains in one movie.

Batman already had a couple of re-boots and these re-boots have been done very fittingly I think.
The franchise now needs to move away from telling *another new beginning and simply make a powerful forward progressive story.
