Will Next Batman Movie Start From Scratch With New DC Origin Story?

Yahoo

As Warner Bros. is trying to figure out how to best bring the Dark Knight back to the big screen upon the completion of Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight" series, DC Comics is going the "Batman Begins" route and starting from scratch... sort of.

I doubt it'll be a new origin story, but you never know: The Amazing Spider-Man did get a little repetitive not too long after the original trilogy.

I hope not a new origin story. Just Batman that already exists without mention of the Dark Knight saga. Timeframe will be different. The Dark Knight trilogy if you didn't notice jumped around a bit with years between the films. There is a big time gap in between each one. Well at least the last two I know. EVERYTHING could be built off of that really.

It just makes the most sense I think for a new series to start. Is it to soon? Probably. That could easily be argued and I wouldn't dispute it...is it necessary? I would have to say yes and going Year One seems to be the right way to go in my opinion.

Because, unless you plan to make another trilogy with Bale, you need to move on. Especially if he's going to be rooted in a world with aliens (superman) or other super powered people.

Do you need a new origin story every time you have a new James Bond actor?

I would like a new batman movie with night wing and batgirl ,
and i hope we can see 2 villains in one movie.

Batman already had a couple of re-boots and these re-boots have been done very fittingly I think.

The franchise now needs to move away from telling *another new beginning and simply make a powerful forward progressive story.
