Prometheus 3 May Heavily Focus on Alien Origins

TheNexusNews writes that with Prometheus 2 confirmed to focus on the Engineers, there may still be room for the Xenomorph Origins idea that Ridley Scott started with. The evidence suggest that there may be a third installment of the movie.

It has been known that this was going to be a triology. After first movies success. I thought everyone knew? was one the main reasons why many hated the movie, for leaving questions that will be answered later :) which will then add more questions to conclude on a third movie - or leave it open. It depends on how greedy they get. Heck, they have expereince in resurecting the dead like with Alien 4

sorry, not very into the whole movie watching thing hence why i was confused the article was about prometheus 3. i was interested when i read the title because the first movie was... very vague (i think thats the best way of putting it). wasn't sure if i have completely lost the plot and everyone else understood it or that was just how the film was created. i was expecting the movie to explain all this but was left feeling like i have watched a very long prologue.

You know what they say . . . when an idea "seems" good, milk it dry. The recent wave of two parters should be evidence of that. Its just a money grab, nothing more.

and you are right, that is exactly what it was. a very long prolog. the real movie starts at 2, and the conclusion apparently at 3.
