Homeland: "The Choice": IGN Review

IGN:
"There's no secrets now."

O.K., I guess Homeland has managed to keep me hooked with this second-season finale, which somewhat amazingly has rebounded from the increasingly erratic and outlandish outbursts of the past several episodes. Of course, in order to achieve that rebound, "The Choice" had to get outlandish some more, while also giving us a good dose of nice character moments along the way. Though let's not kid ourselves either: This episode was as much about setting up Season 3 as it was settling the insanity of Season 2.

This is really getting very interesting and sometimes confusing.

How in the blue hell did that bomb go off? That Quinn scene was a bit odd too with the whole "I aint going to do that" bit. Why did he not shoot him when he saw Brody praying. The cat is out of the bag now too. Brody's whole family knows the truth now.

I just think there's a lot more going on then anyone knows...if and when the series ends there's going to be a twist to the ending.

Brody is working for the other side. Just think about it a couple of episodes back when he was kidnapped by Abu Nazir and returned. He was interrogated about what happened but we get that ominous flashback to him and Nazir praying together. Quinn may have been a double agent who know lol.

Quinn said it clearly, he kills the bad guys. He doesn't think Brody is the bad guy and that is probably because Carrie backs him up.

him praying like that only shows hes converted his faith, not much else

timmyp534143d ago

Its who he is praying with that is really makes it interesting besides. I don't think Quinn is this straight forward character that people think he is. (((Bubbles Please.)
