The Walking Dead: "Made to Suffer": IGN Review

IGN:
Note: Full spoilers for The Walking Dead midseason finale follow.

With The Walking Dead taking a break until February, “Made to Suffer” was an appropriately big episode, delivering a lot of action and excitement, some notable showdowns and a long-awaited character introduction.

Yes, Tyreese is here! Just a couple of weeks after news of his introduction leaked, The Walking Dead comic book character made his debut. As a huge fan of The Wire -- if you haven’t seen it, you’re missing out on one of the best TV series ever -- it’s great to see Chad Coleman playing Tyreese, who was introduced in an effective manner, using his trademark hammer to take out some zombies.

Wow! This one took me for a loop! I still can't believe all that happened. Carl is growing up fast and getting smarter than any of them now.

I wonder if they are doing it on purpose. Since he will obviously age a lot faster on the show than the comics, perhaps eventually (not anytime soon) Carl will be the leader instead of Rick.

I'm thinking maybe. I don't follow the books but Carl sure does have a level head on his shoulders. I guess he's had to grow up fast with all he's had to face up too. I like the way he acted with the situation of having new people show up out of nowhere. It was a smart call on his part.

Lol this is nothing, just wait until they get where the comics are now! holy shit carl is a badass!
