From Cinelinx:
Quick as it came, the San Diego Comic-Con is now behind us. While there was plenty of things shown at the event for fans to digest, there were some notable absences as well this year. Rumors had been swirling for months about what would be showcased, and now that the event’s over I was surprised at some of the no-shows.
Looks like a stacked lineup not to be missed. See you in San Diego! Warner Bros. Discovery takes flight at Comic-Con 2022, as the combined divisions of the company are joining forces to mark the first in-person presence in three years at the world’s premiere comic book and popular arts convention.
It is almost time for Comic-Con at home and here is what AMC has planned.
With an in-person show impossible as planned, "Snake Eyes" will Kick Off Comic-Con At Home.
Good post - All very valid points made there. I expected SOMETHING from all those mentioned.
I'm really wondering what Marvel is waiting for. They've not been shy about detailing their plans in advance in the past, so why are they clamming up now?
Star Wars was the biggest one, but obviously forgiven since they're still filming. Surprised by Jurassic World, but Pratt was probably too busy doing Guardians tours, lol.
I think Disney is holding out on Star Wars and Marvel for D23. Sucks, but I believe that is what is happening.
