RPad.TV gives its first impressions of WWE Network. While the site liked the initial content, it was unimpressed with the performance. It feels like a beta product that was pushed live too soon.
No Pressure Review: This is an odd light-hearted watch that is a bit confused whether it wants to paints its characters in a good or bad light.
Rest In Peace Review: This gripping thriller will captivate you from start to finish, leaving you pondering the boundaries between right and wrong long after the credits roll.
The Believers Review: Netflix's newest release is a thrilling ride with some emotional moments peppered in between.
I got the WWE Network day 1 one and it's been hit and miss. The 24 hour stream that functions as a channel works almost flawlessly. It loads in about 3 seconds and very very rarely has a error or a timeout. The on Demand section however is still impossible to watch. Day one I could not even get a video to load now they load and will play about 5-10 mins and then timeout.
While it's annoying the on demand stuff isn't working well it's nice the main stream is as that will be where the pay per views like Wrestlemania will air live and if that is running smooth then that is great.
Also I noticed a mention of swearing here and how it was edited. WWE had released a statement not long ago that said they would not be editing that so my only guess is that the stuff that was bleeped when the content was made is bleeped because it was at the time. That said I have no gotten the time to watch a ton of the older stuff to see if this is the case.
WWE Network? I thought it was WWE Universe. lol
It's hit or miss sometimes but I do love it.
